Mary Cahill
President
Mary Cahill’s professional career provides clients an extensive knowledge base and track record of success. At age 25, only eighteen months into her young career, she was appointed Regional Manager for Quick & Reilly for the Southeast region and produced the second most profitable region in the country. She actively maintains the 4, 7, 8, 24 and 63 securities licenses. Mary’s investment career allowed her to cultivate several key relationships with private equity, venture capital and fortune 500 companies. Mary made a natural transition into the Mergers & Acquisition arena working with a boutique firm based in Atlanta and New York. Mary has been involved in numerous transactions over the past decade representing the owners of privately held companies in either selling or exiting their business to private groups and Fortune 1000 companies. The transactions Mary has led and completed range from $1,500,000 to $90,000,000. Mary has extensive work experience, key industry relationships and deal flow in various industries including: security (security systems, fire alarm, security guard, sprinkler, access control, CCTV, etc.), elevators, pharmaceutical, transportation/logistics, utilities and construction.
Michael Paolino
Vice President
Michael Paolino is a Vice President at Capital Markets Group working out of the New York office. He has been advising corporate clients in planning, structuring and executing various sell-side, buy-side, financial restructuring, strategic partnering and cross-border transactions for the past twenty seven years. Prior to joining CMG in early 2002 Michael worked four-plus years at a major firm in the investment banking industry focused on middle-market corporate M&A transactions. After years of building a solid foundation Michael leveraged his experience and transitioned extremely well to CMG’s boutique model of working primarily with small- and middle-market, privately held companies. Michael’s extensive work experience, key industry relationships and continual deal flow have resulted in many successful transactions for the firm. He has served clients in a wide variety of industries including elevator, fire/security systems, general manufacturing, court reporting, aerospace and defense, consumer products, transportation, home textiles, industrial and environmental companies both domestically and internationally. Michael holds a Bachelor of Science degree in both Finance and Management from New York University’s Stern School of Business.
